Amustela Teaching at Lady of America Fitness Center!!!
Starting MONDAY, July 28 - the weekly Belly Dance Class will be every Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. - no more Tuesday evening classes - now come on Mondays!!! Still will be teaching Basic Technique throughout the summer with more advanced lessons starting in September. As always drop-ins and nonmember students welcome at $10 per class.
You may call Lady of America Fitness Center directly at 703-860-UFIT, for payment options and pass information. Class is free to gym members, and $10 per class for nonmembers - a 10 class pass may be purchased for $90.
